For more than 30 years, Jim dedicated himself to guiding his clients with expertise, care, and a deep understanding of Minnesota’s education system. Along the way, he mentored countless younger advisors and built a thriving practice here in Stillwater.

Before joining EFS Advisors, Jim spent nearly 24 years as an educator and principal, shaping the lives of students and colleagues alike. His unwavering work ethic, genuine commitment to his clients, and positive presence have left a lasting mark on our team and community. His dedication continues to shine through the thriving practice he built, serving as a lasting testament to his vision and care. We are grateful for his years of leadership, guidance, and friendship.

Jim now enjoys life with his wife, two daughters, and grandchildren, along with time in the beauty of Northern Minnesota.
