Charlie Mylrea has been helping individuals and families make confident financial decisions since 2010. He joined EFS Advisors in 2018 and focuses on comprehensive planning, with a special emphasis on retirement strategies for educators. As part of The EFS Stillwater Group, Charlie’s strong background in fixed income product analysis and trading across both taxable and tax-exempt securities and has been a valuable resource for clients and colleagues alike.
Originally from Minnesota, Charlie graduated from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. He holds Series 7 and 66 registrations, along with Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Charlie lives in Woodbury, MN with his wife, Nicole, and their two daughters, Charlotte and Keira. The family stays busy with the girls’ gymnastics team and all the excitement that comes with it. When he's not at a meet or cheering from the sidelines, Charlie enjoys playing guitar and following his favorite Minnesota teams, the Vikings and the Wild.
